Galaxy Website Design constructed a brand new web site for the Leigh Park Working Mens Club as their previous site was not fit for purpose. The design and concept was excellent and we have entered the site as part of our justification to be considered club of the year in the 2024 National awards. I didn't know the first thing about website design, but I knew my small business needed a website. I was clueless about where to start. Then I found Dom & Josie. After my first chat with Dom, I knew I'd hit the jackpot. He made everything so easy, answering all my questions (even the repeat ones) with patience and understanding.

They're super affordable. I was expecting to pay a lot more after talking with Dom about my needs. I would of happily paid more.

When it came to designing, I already had a branding kit. My branding is crucial to my business, so I was nervous about how it would turn out. One conversation with Josie and she nailed it on the first try. She’s not only talented but also patient, understanding, and hilarious. Our phone calls often turned into chats about the most random things. Whenever we had a meeting booked in, I genuinely looked forward to it.

My website turned out exactly how I envisioned. Dom & Josie are incredibly talented, and their customer service is beyond 5 stars. Even after the website was finished, they have looked after me whenever I've needed it.

Josie @galaxywebsitedesign just gets it! She produced the most amazing work for my website based only on a very sketchy brief from me. She showed incredible understanding of what I wanted and came up with very creative ideas which I loved! She really had a knack of coming up with concepts that I wanted but didn't know how to bring to life for my new website!

This is not 5☆ business. It is 10☆. After having an outdated website and having a problem with it, I have decided to look for someone to create a new page. Dom was first to contact me. His approach was very professional and polite at the same time. I am very busy with my work, and it is hard to find time to deal with things like this, but Dom and Josie always manage to work around me and never put any pressure.
As of the design of the page , I am very pleased with it. Any suggestions were instantly taken into consideration. They have also helped me with other aspects such as emails and domain. There was never trouble doing anything, which is rare nowadays, especially aftercare or what's most important after paying.
Always responding to messages and never complaining.
