RETURNS POLICY
At Utility Delta Business Services Ltd t/a Galaxy Website Design, we want you to be completely confident in your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
This policy applies to:
Website design packages
Branding or digital design services
Hosting, domains, and SEO packages sold online
Payments made via Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, or direct invoice
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers in the UK and EU purchasing digital services not customised may cancel their order within 14 days of purchase.
Important:
If you ask us to begin work (e.g. start designing, registering a domain, or providing access), you waive your right to cancel once the service is fully performed or significantly underway. By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions during checkout or project confirmation, you give this permission.
A refund may be issued if:
You notify us of cancellation within 14 days of purchase and
Work has not yet commenced, or only partially commenced and can be reasonably compensated
Partial refunds may apply if:
A portion of the service has been completed (e.g., wireframes, mockups, or domain purchases)
Non-refundable third-party costs (e.g., domain fees or software licenses) have already been paid on your behalf
We do not offer full refunds once substantial design or development work has begun, unless there is a failure on our part to deliver what was agreed.
This policy applies equally to international clients. However, local consumer rights may differ based on your location.
We will always act fairly and aim to resolve disputes amicably, but UK law governs our returns and refund terms.
To initiate a refund or cancellation request:
Email [Insert Support Email] with your name, order details, and reason for cancellation.
Requests must be made within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of approval, via the same payment method used.
If you paid using Klarna, your refund will be processed via Klarna and subject to their timeline. Klarna may adjust your instalments or issue a refund based on your payment progress.
We do not offer refunds for:
Completed and delivered services
Bespoke or customised digital work after commencement (unless faulty or misrepresented)
Domain name registrations, third-party plugin purchases, or hosting costs already paid
